Associates / Clients

Our Associates are women entrepreneurs who are determined to change the narrative and break barriers about the perception that women are only valuable in the background. Our Associates are women who trade in made in Ghana products or source 80% of the raw materials they use for their finished products locally.

These women are poised to not only write a different story about themselves but are also ready to impact their various societies. These are women who are striving to make an impact in different spheres regardless of the stereotypes women have endured over the years. We have categorized our women into various sectors for easy management and to also enable us design tailor-made technical assistance to all the sectors.

Our membership is open not only to startup women businesses but also to already established ones who are aiming at achieving higher goals. This is because
AWR is ultimately focused on equipping these women entrepreneurs to make their products export ready.

Our Associates are being prepared to be ready to take full advantage of the full benefits of AFCFTA launch to enable them trade seamlessly across borders and trade profitably locally.

In this regard, Associate Members have the opportunity every quarter to benefit from networking, training and learning fora that are designed to give them leverage in their specific sectors. We engage resource people for all our five (5) sectors to encourage and update the women on the current trends in their various categories.
